Terms and conditions apply. THIRD FORM Online Archive Sale valid while stocks last and/or unless otherwise withdrawn or extended. Prices as marked. All sales are considered final. No exchange, refund or credit will be provided unless item is faulty. Offer is non-transferable. Offer cannot be applied to previously purchased items. THIRD FORM reserves the right to exclude items from sale and/or remove products during the promotion.

Offer not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. No further discounts can be applied. All prices are final at time of purchase.
During 'Archive Sale' periods the estimated dispatch time is 1-3 days. Delivery time will depend on shipment method selected.
SHOPPING CART / PRODUCT HOLDS
Adding a garment to your online shopping cart does not secure the item. If you do not wish to miss out please proceed with payment to secure your styles.
RETURNS POLICY
With THIRD FORM Online Archive Sale purchases there is a strict no returns, exchanges or refunds policy. Returns will not be accepted via our customer care. If these procedures are not followed accordingly a $20 handling and return to sender fee will incur. THIRD FORM does not offer refunds for change of mind for Online Warehouse Sale purchases. Only faulty items can be returned as decided via our customer care and quality assurance team.
FAULTY ITEMS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged in any way, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
