RETURNS POLICY

We believe in a positive online shopping experience and want you to have peace of mind when shopping with us. We pride ourselves on offering an industry leading return experience.

If you change your mind or the item does not suit you, you are welcome to return it back to us within 30 days of us fulfilling your order. We offer free exchanges, refunds and also store credit even on discounted items and ‘buy now-pay later’ paid items. 

 

Return Conditions

The below conditions must be met for your return to be eligible

  1. A return is registered within 30 of us fulfilling your order in our returns portal.
  2. Item(s) are in unworn, unwashed, new condition with no blemishes, stains or odours.
  3. All original packaging is returned with tags attached and undamaged
  4. Items were not promoted as ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Warehouse Sale’

Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer free exchanges and store credit if you decide to return your item. We will also cover return shipping costs. Return labels are generated in our portal and emailed to you.

Refunds

Refunds are available for all items unless promoted as ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Warehouse Sale’. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded.

Processing Time for Returns

We aim to process returns daily but please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed.

 

Customs & Duties

We do not calculate customs charges upon checkout. Depending on your location Customs charges vary - and is not our responsibility. 

If customs charges are not accepted by the customer, return shipping fees will be deducted from any applicable credits or refunds.
