We understand that not every piece can be exactly what you are after and change of mind happens. This is why we offer you the opportunity to exchange or return your item within 30 days of fulfilment by the Third Form team.
We offer free exchanges or 110% store credit even on sale items and pieces purchased with ‘buy now-pay later’ services.
FULL PRICE ITEMS can be returned for a full refund, 110% credit note or exchange.
SALE ITEMS can be returned for a full refund, credit note or exchange.
FINAL SALE ITEMS are not eligible for a refund, credit note or exchange unless deemed faulty.

RETURN CONDITIONS
The below conditions must be met for your return to be eligible.
1. Item(s) must be in unworn, unwashed, in new condition with no blemishes, stains or odours. Cost of repair or dry cleaning may be deducted from return amount if applicable.
2. Item(s) must have original tags attached.
3. Item(s) must be returned original packaging.
4. Items are ineligible for refund if promoted as ‘Final Sale’ Exchange or store credit note permitted.
5. 30 day returns window is put into place from when the order is fulfilled by the Third Form team. Item(s) must be returned within this window.
If your return does not comply with these conditions your item/s will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost.
INSTANT EXCHANGES
We offer free and easy online size exchanges for all Australian orders within 30 days of delivery. Simply submit your return via our online portal and follow the steps to select your new size.
Your exchange item will be dispatched free of charge once your return label has been scanned in transit by the courier.
Please note, as we’re unable to reserve your new size until your return is in transit, we recommend dropping your parcel off as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
If your requested size is unavailable at the time of processing, we’ll issue a refund or credit note, depending on the item’s eligibility.
CREDIT NOTES / GIFT CARDS
Returns are eligible for a 110% store credit. Credit notes are valid for 3 years from the issue date and will be emailed to you with a unique code for use online at thirdform.com.au.
If your purchase was made using a credit note or gift card, your return will be issued as a new credit note.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed through to your original payment method. Shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded. Refunds are available for all items unless promoted as ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Archive Sale’.
RETURN SHIPPING & COSTS
WITHIN USA
If you choose to return your order for a refund, a $10 USD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If you return your item for a store credit or exchange, return shipping is complimentary, and a prepaid label will be supplied at no cost.
REST OF WORLD
If you choose to return your order for a refund, a $35 USD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid return label will be provided.
If you return your item for a store credit or exchange, return shipping is complimentary, and a prepaid label will be supplied at no cost.
WITHIN USA
Orders are shipped domestically within the USA. Orders are tax and duty free.
CANADA
Customs charges are not calculate upon checkout. Depending on your location Customs charges may vary and are the responsibly of the customer.
