RETURNS POLICY

We believe in a positive online shopping experience and want you to have peace of mind when shopping with us. We pride ourselves on offering an industry leading return experience.

We understand that not every piece can be exactly what you are after and change of mind happens. This is why we offer you the opportunity to exchange or return your item within 30 days of fulfilment by the Third Form team. We offer free exchanges or store credit even on sale items and pieces purchased with ‘buy now-pay later’ services. Exclusions apply to FINAL SALE and Warehouse Sales. We also offer standard refunds back to your original payment method.  

FINAL SALE

'Final Sale' items are eligible for exchange or store credit. Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned for refund unless the items are deemed faulty.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The below conditions must be met for your return to be eligible.

  1. Item(s) must be in unworn, unwashed, in new condition with no blemishes, stains or odours. Cost of repair or dry cleaning may be deducted from return amount if applicable.
  2. Item(s) must have original tags attached.
  3. Item(s) must be returned original packaging.
  4. Items are ineligible if promoted as ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Warehouse Sale’.
  5. 30 day returns window is put into place from when the order is fulfilled by the Third Form team. Item(s) must be returned within this window.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

We offer free exchanges and store credit if you decide your item(s) are not quite right. This means we cover the return shipping costs for you. Please lodge request through returns portal and return labels will be generated and emailed to you. Then simply print label, pack item and drop off at your nearest Post drop-off point. 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed through to your original payment method. Shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded. Refunds are available for all items unless promoted as ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Warehouse Sale’. 

RETURN SHIPPING & COSTS

Return postage is at the cost of the buyer. You have the option to create your own label or our returns portal can automatically generate a return label with your address and tracking pre-populated. Which means less work and stress for you. 

PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS

Returns are processed daily however please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once received in Third Form HQ. 

Customs & Duties 

Customs charges are not calculate upon checkout. Depending on your location Customs charges may vary and are the responsibly of the customer. 

If customs charges are not accepted by the customer, return shipping fees will be deducted from any applicable credits or refunds.
