UNITED STATES SHIPPING
Import Duties and Taxes
All prices displayed in USD are inclusive of duties and taxes, payable at checkout—ensuring no additional charges on delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Orders to the US are shipped from Australia via DHL Express. You’ll receive an email with tracking and delivery details once your order has been dispatched.
ISRAEL SHIPPING

DUTIES & TAXES
All THIRD FORM orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means duties and taxes are calculated at checkout according to your shipping destination and included in your order total—so your delivery arrives with no additional fees or surprises.
Please note, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed before 1pm AEDT are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm AEDT are dispatched the following business day.
Please note that during peak periods, promotional events, and sales, dispatch times may be delayed.
Deliveries are made Monday–Friday between 8am and 6pm. A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available, a card will be left and your order redirected to the nearest collection point.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
We work closely with our carriers to ensure timely delivery. However, please note delivery dates are estimates, and rare delays may occur. Additional time may be required for rural addresses.

CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER
If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we may be unable to make changes, but we will do our best to assist.
PRE-ORDER SHIPPING
Pre-order items are processed like standard orders but shipped at the date specified on the product page. You will receive a confirmation once your item has been dispatched.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship available pieces immediately at no extra postage cost.
